PORTLAND, Oregon — Wednesday brought in another summer like day across the metro area with daytime highs in the upper 70s to the low 80s. Thursday is going to bring some changes with clouds and cooler weather with highs only nearing 70 degrees.
Parts of the valley may not get out of the low cloud deck tomorrow and patchy drizzle will be possible. Friday will bring a return of sunshine with temperatures around the mid to upper 60s.
A slightly stronger chance of showers comes on Saturday afternoon and Sunday with a mix of cloudiness, sun breaks and weekend highs in the 60s.
The cool weather pattern stays in place through much of next week. Our best chance for decent rain amounts on the 7day forecast arrives Tuesday.
