HILLSBORO, Ore. — A man was shot and killed in the Quatama MAX station parking lot in Hillsboro Wednesday night.
The victim was identified Thursday as 21-year-old Kevin Marshall, of Hillsboro.
Another man, a person of interest, was detained at the scene. Hillsboro police on Thursday said the man was released without charges.
There is no danger to the community, police said.
