PORTLAND, Oregon — Mostly clear and warm for your Friday. Portland and Salem will warm into the 70s and the coast could be near 70 this afternoon. East wind gusts to 30-40 mph in the western Gorge and parts of the valley will see breezy east winds 10-25 mph.
We see a wind reversal on Saturday. That means cooler air from the ocean returns to western Oregon. Showers arrive Saturday afternoon with a weak cold front. Showers and sun breaks continue Sunday. Total rain amounts will be limited to less than .10" in the valley and less than 1/4" along the coast.
Monday and Tuesday bring a return to warm sunny weather. More significant rain arrives for the middle and end of next week.
