BATTLE GROUND, Wash. – Police are asking for the public’s help with finding a 4-year-old Battle Ground boy who was taken by a relative Wednesday afternoon.

Aziel Belza was sitting in an unattended car at his home when the vehicle was taken by 34-year-old Lyubob Bilyk.

Battle Ground police said Bilyk does not have permission from the boy’s mother to take him or the car.
